This Advanced Dermal Filler & Cannula Skills Masterclass is designed for individuals who have completed basic Botulinum Toxin and Dermal Filler techniques using a needle and are confident in these skills. While learning to inject with a needle serves as the foundational element in aesthetic injections, the incorporation of cannula work has been groundbreaking in minimizing side effects and complications, while enhancing patient comfort and reducing trauma and downtime.
Aims of the Course
It is widely acknowledged that cannulas can be applied in nearly all facial areas. However, the intricate precision of a needle should not be overlooked and remains a more effective choice in specific areas. Therefore, the focus of this course will be on introducing and exploring the uses of cannulas. Additionally, it will cover the combination technique of employing both needle and cannula work to achieve optimal results—a gold standard approach embraced by many aesthetic practitioners today.
Who Should Attend
This course is tailored for practitioners with a minimum of 6 months of experience in injecting botulinum toxin and dermal fillers. Delegates can request the inclusion of specific procedures or address any difficulties they would like covered, provided they inform us in advance. Additionally, individuals are welcome to bring their own models if they wish to do so.
Course Information
The theoretical component of the course will encompass a thorough understanding of anatomy, consultation and examination skills, facial mapping, various techniques, and the management of complications. You will also learn to assess clients from a holistic perspective, employing a combination of botulinum toxin and dermal fillers to achieve customized and optimal results. Additionally, we offer guidance and career counseling as part of the course.
The hands-on practical session will be supervised by one of our expert aesthetic trainers. Upon successful completion of your training, you will receive a certificate of attendance along with a complimentary support pack.

The maximum number of participants on any course is ten, with one Harley Street Doctor trainer for every five delegates. We prioritize practical teaching, ensuring each attendee has ample opportunities to perform injections under supervision. We firmly believe that the most effective learning occurs through practice, and our courses provide a secure environment for hands-on experience.
Participants will receive attendance certificates upon successful completion of both the theory and practical sessions. We recommend that delegates from foundation courses secure insurance and start practicing immediately while the training knowledge is still fresh. Many practitioners often start by treating family and friends initially if possible.
